There are not many games I can say really surprised me. This game, Spiritfarer, is really outstanding. Spiritfarer is a management and sandbox action game with so much heart.

You play the game as Stella, the ferrymaster to the deceased- a Spiritfarer. You befriend and care for spirits before delivering them to the afterlife. As time passes, you upgrade your boat, build homes, genuinely care for your passengers, and master some great skills. Then you say goodbye and bring them softly into that sweet night.

I know, I know. You read the description and you said “Death, Coco... really?” But it’s so much more! I’ve been swept up! You get to farm, mine, fish, harvest, cook, and craft the journey away! It really is satisfying to play!

At $22.49, it is worth the money because it is a big and beautiful game!.
